Dining Out

Maui is home to many great restaurants offering a variety of cuisines in a variety of locations.

Here are some of our favourites sorted by region:

South Shore (Kihei/Wailea)

Monkeypod
10 Wailea Gateway Place, Unit B-201 Kihei, Hawaii 96753
Peter Merriman’s Wailea offering. Great food, great atmosphere. Get a seat at the bar in the evening where you get a great view out the window and you get to enjoy the live band that sets up in the lounge most nights. Get a seat on the patio for lunch and enjoy the expansive view. Cocktails are fantastic! Gnocchi is killer….and it’s walking distance (straight up the hill) from the condo. (*This is our Cheers when we’re in Maui).

Overlooking the ocean from a bluff above Wailea Beach, this outdoor Italian restaurant at the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea is beautiful both day and night. For lunch, indulge in a lobster sandwich or a quinoa salad topped with teriyaki-glaze tofu. At dinner try the arugula and endive salad and house-made pasta or the osso buco veal Milanese. Live classical music often adds to the atmosphere at dinner time. Go early (5:30pm) and get a table up front to watch the sun set, or grab lunch at the bar.

Manoli’s

This pizza restaurant is a 2 minute walk from the condo by the Old Blue club house. Airy, family-owned restaurant & bar serving pizza, drinks & Greek appetizers with open-air seating. Great spot for taking the kids.

Lahaina

Fleetwoods on Front

Star Noodle
286 Kupuohi St, Lahaina, HI 1 808-667-5400Asian shared plates, noodle dishes & sake cocktails in an airy, light, wood-trimmed space. **AWESOME food and cocktails! Hard to find spot up at the top of an Industrial park above Lahaina, but worth the trip. Restaurant is usually packed so call ahead for reservations. Ask for a separate table from the long central communal table or sit at the bar. Have the Ahi Avo and the BBQ pork buns. *Highly recommended
