Check in is at 4:00pm on the day of arrival.

Check out is at 11:00am on the day of departure.

It is not necessary to clean the condo or do laundry before departing. However, before vacating, all guests agree to:

  • Close and lock all windows and doors
  • Turn off all air conditioning
  • Turn off all lights and appliances
  • Remove garbage and recycling to the proper on site disposal location
  • Lock the premises & put the key in the lockbox

Maximum occupancy in the condo is 4 people.

There is one king sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen sized bed in the second bedroom.

The condo is equipped with a keyless entry pad on the door. Two weeks prior to your arrival we will send you an email with the code that will be set on the door for your stay.

There are keys on the counter in the unit for use during your stay if you prefer carrying a key over using the keyless entry.

There is a key inside marked with a “P”. This key allows you to access the private pools on the Ekolu property (available to guests only). This is a special key and if it is lost there is a $75 replacement fee as we need to apply to the office for a replacement.

Replacement cost for any of the other keys, should they be lost, will be the cost of key cutting in addition to the caretaker’s billed time for having it cut.

If for any reason the keyless entry is not working, there is a lock box by the door which contains a physical key which will open the door. *If you use this key, please replace it once you have gained access to the condo. The lockbox key must remain in the lock box at all times in case emergency personnel require access to the unit. Having the key there will also ensure you are never locked out.

Upon your departure, Rachael will review and clean the condo and provide us with a Check Out Report noting any damaged or lost items. After receiving the report, we will forward a cheque to the address provided on the rental contract. If there have been any lost or damaged items, we will provide an account of the replacement or repair cost for these along with the balance of the damage deposit after these costs have been covered.

The damage deposit return cheques are sent within 2 weeks of departure.

Pets are not allowed at the condo.

Smoking is not allowed at the condo.
